theseca.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to give you the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology encrypts sensitive information, including passwords and card numbers, while it travels between your browser and our store. All prices and figures are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where VAT applies. Delivery is free on every order, so the price you see at checkout is the total you pay, with no additional customs or import charges on delivery. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.
When we take payment
Payment is taken when you place your order. Your contract with us is formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check the details you entered and contact your bank or card provider if the problem continues.
PCI compliant
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organisations that handle card and revolving credit information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around card data in order to reduce card fraud through its exposure. The payment providers used on our store comply with PCI DSS.
Your payment information
Your card number is not accessible to us. When your purchase is completed, we are only able to see your billing information, shipping information, order details and the last four digits of your card. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
This secure mode begins when you initiate your order. You can verify it by looking for a closed lock icon at the top or bottom of your web browser. When you are on a secure server, the site address will show "https" in your browser.

Refunds
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the order. The timescales and conditions are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
Suspected fraud
To protect you and us, orders may be screened for fraud. If an order is flagged, we may contact you to verify the details before we dispatch it, or cancel the order and refund you in full.
