Track Your Order

Where is my parcel?

Your tracking number is in the dispatch email we sent you when your parcel left us. Open the tracking link in that email to see exactly where your order is right now.

If you do not have your tracking number to hand, email us at info@theseca.com with your order number and we will look it up for you.

When your tracking becomes active

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after you receive your dispatch email. Until the carrier scans your parcel into its network, the tracking page may show nothing at all. This is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

What the timings mean

  1. Processing: 2 to 3 business days. Your order is being picked, checked and packed. There is no tracking number yet at this stage.
  2. In transit: 4 to 9 business days. Your parcel is with the carrier and the tracking link is live.
  3. Total delivery time: 6 to 12 business days from the day you order.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. The order cut off time is 18:00 UK time. Orders placed after that time, at a weekend or on a public holiday start processing on the next business day.

Tracking has not updated for a few days

Parcels are not scanned at every stage of their journey, so a gap of two or three days in the tracking history is common and usually nothing to worry about. The parcel is moving even when the page is not changing.

My parcel is late

If the maximum delivery time of 12 business days has passed and your parcel has not arrived, email us at info@theseca.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated until it is resolved.

Delivery is at our risk until the goods reach you, so if a parcel is lost in transit you will not be left out of pocket.

The tracking says delivered but I do not have it

Please check with anyone else at the address and look in any safe place or with a neighbour, as carriers often leave parcels there. If you still cannot find it, email us at info@theseca.com within a few days of the delivery scan and we will take it up with the carrier.

A delivery attempt failed

The carrier will normally leave a card and either try again or hold the parcel for collection. Follow the instructions on the card or in the tracking link. If the parcel comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Something arrived damaged

Email us at info@theseca.com with your order number and a photograph of the damage as soon as you can. Full details of your rights are in our Return and Refund Policy.
